REFLECTION

In the name of Allah the most gracious and the ever merciful,

Assalamualaikum and  a very good day i bid to all.

First and foremost, I would like to thank my beloved lecturer, En. Azmi Bin Ibrahim for his kindness and patience in teaching and guiding us for this subject, SSI3013 (Information and Communication Technology in Science) through out this one semester.

In this subject, we learned about the uses of technology in daily life especially in teaching. Nowadays, technology evolved really fast. If you are not up to date with the latest technology, then you are going to be left behind. Futhermore, we learned on how to make teaching and learning process become more understandable, fun and attractive. So, this will attract students interest in learning. This will help them rebuild their own character, be smart and optimistic thus a high quality students will be born in the future.

I am truly happy and thankful because I get a lot of important knowledge and information by learning this subject. In this blog, I have list down all of the modules that we have learnt starting from the first week until the 13th week.

National Education Philosophy

        

             National Education Philosophy states that education in Malaysia is an on-going effort towards further developing the potential of individuals in a holistic and integrated manner, so as to produce individuals who are intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced and harmonious, based on a firm belief in and devotion to God. Such an effort is designed to produce Malaysian citizens who are knowledgeable and competent, who possess high moral standards, and who are responsible and capable of achieving high level of personal well-being as well as being able to contribute to the harmony and betterment of the family, the society and the nation at large.

National Science Education Philosophy

                National Science Education Philosophy states that in consonance with the National Education Philosophy, science education in Malaysia nurtures a Science and Technology Culture by focusing on the on the development of individuals who are competitive, dynamic, robust and resilient and able to master scientific knowledge and technological competency.

My Teaching Philosophy

           My emphasis on educator would be supporting and enlightening the young and impressible mind of individuals in which need to learn the basic fundamental of life and social surrounding, emphasizing on those who are eager to learn with or without educational difficulties. A purpose of being a teacher is to be able to any individuals to work on critical thinking, writing, arithmetic and social skills. Teaching the basic fundamental will allow the students to continue their education  successfully. 

INTRODUCTION

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone! 

This post is about what i have done and learnt for this subject which is SSI 3013 for this semester.

In this subject, we learned about the uses of ICT in teaching and learning process, the ethics, steps to edit pictures and video and we are exposed to Stella software which is to create a simulation and give information in a more creative and understanding way. To compile all the tasks given for this subject, we personally make our own blog. The tasks consists of several slide show and report about the topic that we have learn. Other than that, my e-portfolio also contain info on education so hopefully it is useful for you all.
